Beth Bradford

Beth Bradford is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Before turning to fitness and yoga full time, she worked as a TV news photojournalist, a college professor, and a health news writer.

Beth has been an athlete all her life, competing in figure bodybuilding, multiple triathlons, two full Ironmans, and the Ironman 70.3 World Championships. She loves cycling across the Delmarva Peninsula, snowshoeing in the winter, hiking in the fall, and paddleboarding in the summer.

She brings a blend of strength, mindfulness, and athletic experience to her classes, helping students build both stability and freedom in their bodies.
