Exactly as it sounds. This class is a power class that will focus on building strength and stability to push you to your personal edge through a series of Vinyasa  flow and a mix of the most effective core-focused exercises from all fitness disciplines.

  • Slow Flow

This class is a power class that moves at an intentionally slower pace. The class will focus on building strength and stability while allowing you to understand and feel the root of each yoga pose.

  • YogaSculpt

Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music. You’ll combine free weights with  a Yoga flow and mix in some cardio to intensify your workout.  Striking yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

  • YogaSculpt Express

This is a 45-minute, high-energy class that combines yoga with strength training, cardio, and core conditioning. Set to upbeat music, this dynamic workout enhances muscle endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. Sculpt is an energetic strength-focused class fusing Pilates designed to tone and define the entire body. Using dumbbells, resistance bands, gliders, balls and bodyweight exercises, this class targets major muscle groups through controlled, repetitive movements that build muscular endurance and strength. Expect minimal choreography, motivating music, and a steady burn that challenges you while remaining accessible.


Moderately heated Classes (80-85°F)

For these classes the room is intensely heated to create an energetic and fiery vibe.

This one hour class mixes gentle movement with restorative postures and stretches. Students begin with simple yoga poses and flow to warm up muscular systems and establish breath patterns.They then move into longer-held, passive postures for the second portion of class. The option for hands on assists and adjustments is available.

  • Gentle Stretch & Strengthen

Gentle Stretch and Strengthen is a welcoming yoga-based class that blends mindful movement with light strength training using wrist weights and resistance bands. Designed for anyone who wants to feel stronger and more at ease in their body — without the intensity of a traditional sculpt class — each session moves at a calm, intentional pace. you’ll build strength in major muscle groups, improve flexibility and joint mobility, and leave feeling both relaxed and capable. This class is ideal for active adults, those returning to exercise, or anyone seeking a mindful alternative to high-intensity training.

  • Beginner Vibez

Are you interested in Yoga but confused on how to start? This class is designed to introduce new students to the basics of yoga, relaxation, flow, stretch, and strengthen. Accessible to all levels.

  • Restorative Vibez

This candlelight class is offered as an opportunity to slow it down and bring restoration into your practice. Poses will be held in supportive positions for several minutes by use of props that will be provided to you. Concentration on breath and a mindfulness of full relaxation are the goals in this class.

Not heated Are you looking to jumpstart your body? This class is involves core, balance strength and endurance training to prep you for everyday land life but will give you the capability to endure ocean & water activities.

  • GoodVibez

NOt heated This class is designed for new students or for seasoned students wanting to reinforce the foundation of their Yoga practice. A light flow class focusing on the basic yoga elements and foundations of alignment. Clear instructions and modifications will be provided as will space in time between poses to allow your body to relax and recover. We will emphasize body awareness, increase joint mobility and coordinate breathe with movement.

Paddle board / sup yoga

This class will shine a whole new light on what you expect in a yoga class. Ditch the stuffy studio & let the board be your yoga mat as you enjoy yoga while basking in the sunlight.

This class combines stand up paddling & your favorite Yoga routines & puts them on the water. Develop better balance, coordination, & strength by linking your breath to poses.
