The Summer Solstice marks the longest and brightest day of the year. Join Jami and Dawn oceanfront, as we "find our shine" at SUNRISE! Sometimes it is just a matter of turning on the light, or waiting for the sun to rise again. Join YogaVibez as we step into our own sparkling shimmering selves.

Bring a mat and open mind to join us for a mystical afternoon that will include a 25-minute tarot card reading with Alex Stephen, a pilates sculpt class led by Tierney Bricker on the 8th floor private rooftop of the Park Place Hotel on 2nd street, and one cocktail from The Coconut Club. The workout will begin at 2 p.m. and readings can be scheduled before or after.

Get your strength and conditioning on with Dawn and Hope for a fun take on “Sunday Funday”. Join them at the Seacrets Hideaway Beach Sunday morning for a fun packed workout with the acoustic tunes brought to you by Chris Diller. It wouldn’t be a Sunday Funday without a beverage, right?! After your workout enjoy a refreshing Seacrets Seltzer or mocktail while listening to tunes on the beach! This is a workout event where all you need is your towel and sandals so let’s go!

The SEACRET is out that there is a new beach in town and we will be breaking it in with a sweat fest! Join Liz Fitzgibbon from Whitewater Crossfit and Dawn Ehman from Yogavibez for a real "Pain in de Ass" class! This class will incorporate cardio, strength, core and more. A unique "finisher" for all participants followed by your choice of either a Pain in de Ass, Dirty Banana or mocktail.
