KATHI IS ALSO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN MANY OTHER GROUP FITNESS MODALITIES, INCLUDING BOOT CAMP, CIRCUIT AND TABATA TRAINING, HIIT AND ADVANCED KETTLEBELL WORK. WHILE COACHING IN THE CLASSROOM, HER KEY MOTIVATORS ARE: DON’T IGNORE YOUR CORE, CONSTANTLY SWITCH IT UP, MAKE IT FUN AND CHALLENGING, AND MAKE WORKING OUT A HABIT.
