Movement has always been a part of my life. I grew up playing lacrosse and field hockey and competed as a collegiate athlete. Once my time in sports came to an end, I searched for something new to ground me and eventually found yoga. It completely transformed the way I felt both physically and mentally. I fell in love with the practice.
I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa training in Ocean City, MD and went on to deepen my practice with a 300-hour Hatha training in Bali, Indonesia. I’m also a certified colonic therapist, passionate about gut health, the mind-gut connection, and the body’s incredible ability to heal itself. I love learning about the inner workings of the human body and how we can best support it through mindful movement and conscious living.
Outside the studio, you’ll find me surfing, soaking in the sun at the beach, or spending time outdoors. In my classes, I focus on helping students build inner strength, cultivate awareness, and move with purpose. My goal is to hold space for others to tune into their bodies and feel empowered.
