Rebecca Farr

Rebecca first began to practice yoga as a way to counteract inflexibility from years of competitive swimming and long distance running. Wanting to learn more about the discipline, she earned both her 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training certifications with Kim Manfredi, and previously taught at Charm City Yoga (now YogaWorks). She developed the curriculum for YogaVibez 200-hour Teacher Training, and leads the program at both the Ocean City and Edgewater locations.

Rebecca’s classes weave yogic philosophy with asana, pranayama, and meditation. Her teaching and trainings honor the history and tradition of the centuries old-practice of yoga, while also recognizing that we exist in modern day America.

Rebecca has a BA in Psychology from Washington College and a MA in School Psychology from University of Delaware. She is an NCSF certified personal trainer. Rebecca also works as a flight attendant, which allows her to take classes all over the country. Off the mat, she loves boating, biking, running and paddling, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
