My journey with movement began at a young age, playing all kinds of intense sports like gymnastics, track, soccer, and basketball. Initially, I thought yoga was too slow-paced (a hint that maybe I needed to learn the art of slowing down!). This all changed when I decided to quit my corporate job in NYC to explore the world. During my travels, I stumbled upon and volunteered at Vagabond Temple, a yoga retreat in Cambodia, where I dove headfirst into my spiritual journey. Since then, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with The Yoga Collective in 2021 and began teaching at Core Power Yoga in New York. My passion for growth and healing led me to become a Reiki master, take courses on trauma resolution through embodiment, and attend multiple silent Vipassana meditation retreats.

In 2023, I moved to the shore, where I love going to the beach, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. Beyond my love for wellness, I also work for a technology company. I find it's super important to balance all parts of my life, recognizing that life is all about the journey to peace, love, and harmony. Yoga has been instrumental in helping me slow down, listen to my body, and stay grounded. I'm so grateful I get to help others connect with their own bodies and discover the transformative power of yoga and movement!
